HTC recently announced a Dual-sim android smartphone that was not mentioned alot on tech sites. It's a midrange device with 4.3 inch display and is powered by a Quad-core snapdragon 200 processor. Detailed specs are as follows:

There are doubt about two things which are not cleared yet. Some say that it has got a 1Ghz Dual-core processor while some mention it to be 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Same goes with the camera. It could 8 MP or 5MP(or probably ultrapixel). 

Anyhow the device is good for what it offers and the doubts will be cleared soon.
